We, at Vakuum-Technik Templin GmbH, accompany you in your project from the product development / draft to the finished product. For us, customer-oriented support, from development to packaging, is our priority. Our specialists are always available for competent advice.

We produce exclusively in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and rely on the highest technical quality standards, which we can guarantee with our modern machines and our in-house production. PRODUCTION

Vakuum-Technik
We process all common thermoplastics (PVC/PETG/PC/PS/ABS/PP/PE) in a material thickness of approx. 2mm-14mm and achieve forming areas of 1200-2000mm.

In the course of our work we focus on innovation and state-of-the-art techniques. Therefore we manufacture on five modern vacuum-thermoforming machines directly in our company, since this is the only way we can guarantee you first-class results.

Mitarbeiter
Our core competence is to manufacture thermoplastic polymers of the highest quality in nearly every industrial sector. In the process we do not only manufacture on the basis of CAD data or technical drawings, but also according to prototypes. Important to us is a customized result, fabricated individually according to your wishes.
Mitarbeiterin
To ensure the necessary angle accuracy and absolute precision, we process the plastics, manufactured by us, on our three CNC controlled 5-axle milling machines if needed. By using CNC milling machines we can produce highly complex pieces and simultaneously accelerate processes significantly. This way we are not only able to produce individual parts, but also highly complex assemblies, consisting of various combinations. A save subassembly is also a decisive part of our work, representing a major quality factor.
In the course of our customer-oriented production, we also perform the last production stage – the packing – with highest accuracy.

About Us

The company Vakuum -Technik is a family business with currently 20 employees.

Founded in the 60s, it has developed over the years into a prestigious processor of all thermoplastics in the deep-drawing-process.

We manufacture plastic parts for almost all areas of industry. Advice, development and support up to series production are a matter of course for us.
